And even at that time, we saw N'dambi's star was ready to shine. Signed to the legendary Stax Records, N'dambi's critically acclaimed "Pink Elephant" earned a 2011 Grammy nomination. The May 24th show is N'dambi's first performance in Minneapolis in nearly three years. Keite Young - Mentored by the late great, Waymon Tisdale, Keite gave music fans a gem with the Hidden Beach Records released "The Rise and Fall of Keite Young." The beautiful N'dambi duet, "If We Were Alone" made the CD a must have for soul music lovers. Keite, who plays several instruments, offers one of the most powerful live shows in soul music.
